Shipping Policy

KSMT Media Productions is a production services company. Most deliverables are provided digitally and are not physically shipped. This policy covers both digital delivery and any physical materials provided as part of a project.

Digital Delivery
Final cuts, raw footage, project files, and other digital deliverables are provided via secure download link, cloud transfer (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer), or other agreed-upon electronic method. Delivery timelines are outlined in the individual project agreement or statement of work.

Physical Media
If a project includes physical deliverables (e.g., hard drives, USB drives, printed materials, or promotional merchandise), the following applies:

  • Processing time: [X] business days from project completion or order confirmation

  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout or specified in the project agreement
